- At least 22 years of age for tractor-trailers

- A verifiable clean Abstract/commercial abstract (Current) and good work history
- A Valid SIN

Canadian Owner Operator Documents Checklist
- Copy of Abstract /commercial abstract (Current)
- Copy of CVOR (Current)
- Criminal Record search (less than 6 months old)
- Copy of license with photo
- Social Insurance card
- Proof of Canadian Citizenship / Landed Immigrant / Visa / Valid Passport (min .6mth required)
- Certificate of Incorporation/ Copy of Business Registration
- WSIB application [Opting Out of WSIB Coverage]-WSIB Account required for 2+ drivers
- Copy of vehicle ownership (Vehicle not over 5 years old) / lease documents
- Copy of previous Insurance/Liability Slip
- Vehicle pre-inspection
